Barbara Wahl joins Pathways to Housing DC from Baltimore Maryland where she developed innovative outpatient programs and championed integrated care for underserved populations at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical Center. She developed supportive housing and homeless services programs in New York City and Oakland, California including PATH outreach, Safe Havens, and an SSI entitlements program. Barbara is a licensed nurse and earned her masters in Applied Psychology at Yeshiva University.
