States Voices: Chief Talent Officer

Patricia “Trish” Pinchinat joined State Voices in February 2021 as the new Chief Talent Officer. With her passion for justice and equity, she will develop strategies for hiring, developing diverse talent, ensuring equity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Trish most recently served as Vice President & Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). There she was responsible for all aspects of human resources strategy and operations. She was responsible for the day-to-day human resources functions and implemented systems to increase organizational effectiveness to drive the mission of the organization.
Prior to her tenure at the NAACP, Trish held human resources roles at Greenpeace, USA, Red Cross and Bp Solar, where she developed and implemented strategies for hiring, benefits and staff development.
